Hut crowned player glitch
Hi, So I just traded in the 5 92 players in to get the crowned Gretzky! Now what’s wierd is once I made the trade and went to store to open up the reward which should have been Gretzky it gave me a 92 Moen which I already had and it does not show up that I got another! After a minute or 2 of wonder wtf just happened I got the 1 to show up that I I had a surprise waiting! It was my 95 Gretzky! Sweet right ! No I can put him on a line I can see his stats when he’s on the line! I can turn on his synergies ! Go to game play and he’s no where to be found and there double shifting one game was heatley next Arnot and finally MacKinnon ! I’ve reset the game I’ve reset the console ! Did the Great One get the runs before game time and bounce or is he pulling a Lindros and refusing to play for my team?4Views0likes0CommentsWrongly Suspended
I was wrongly suspended for no reason. I was having a nhl25 party with 30 people and spent over $1500 on food and drink. We couldn’t get into nhl25 because I was wrongly suspended and wasted a bunch of the food and drink I bought. I believe compensation of at least 3 million coins is well worth what I went through. I know this is a large company and I’m nothing to them but I’m a person who was wronged and deserves compensation! The writing beneath is from EA admitting their mistake. Please make it correct! I Have been a loyal EA Sports Player since 1994 and have never reached out with an issue until now. I recently became a CHGEL league team owner and needed to change my club's name. After speaking with an EA rep via Messenger, I was advised to leave my current club and start a new one to change the name. However, after doing so, all my Hockey Bags-including custom jerseys, logos, arena effects, and other earned content-were lost. These items represent hundreds of hours of gameplay and are critical to our team's identity with the season starting in less than a week. Another team owner in the same situation had their missing bags re gifted/restored by an EA community manager, and I'm respectfully requesting the same assistance. I was not warned that i would lose all Hockey Bags-or Progress by leaving the club, and had I known, I would have not proceeded and would have reached out to the league for assistance with keeping the same name. Since launch I have dealt with consistent crashing while in game. Mostly during CHEL games but has happened in online versus as well as Be a pro. The screen goes black and I am sent to the xbox dashboard. Sometimes the console even shuts off. This is the only game that causes this issue. I can play other games for hours on end with no problem. This issue also seems to be happening more frequently as now I can hardly even finish a game without dashboarding. I have un-installed and re installed the game multiple times. I have factory reset my console. Nothing seems to work. I just want a fix for this as I love hockey and just want to play the game. EA PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GAME.
