Records not working on in game records franchise mode
I noticed I am putting up 5-8 goals or 10 assists in some games and they are not updating to the nhls team that the records should be. i always liked that realistic ness to breaking records. No move Claus should be a way to negotiate the other persons team to get the one you want.
Lost Starter Packs
So I created a HUT team, then realized I did a typo and deleted the team and created a new one only discover that all of the starter packs I had are now gone... I know, I shouldn't have deleted my team but I didn't want to play a whole year with a typo! Is there any way to get those starter packs back? More specifically, I can't do the 'Hockey is Family' objective path now. I even tried to buy some of the players from the auction house that were in the Hockey is Family pack, but it doesn't recognize any tasks I complete. I know it was my mistake, but it seems a bit harsh to lose all of the starter packs for an honest mistake.
Why game codes broken
1.Why the game code for play league is broken 2.why we cant match human Goalie with human goalie with option exact wtf 3. I get p1 lvl 2 and i do évent 94 rewind and when i reconnect i drop the **bleep** to lvl 40 what the problem here . I play Hut and get no problem but woc lots of problems not fix and i think its disgusting buy 140$ cdn for a game full of buggy but its true woc not make you guys money eas wow à patch soon or Never
Early acces Xp path last pack not showing up
So I finished the XP path, but I didn’t get the last bonus pack even tho when I a game, it says I’ve done it. When I go on the XP path, it says that it’s completed and that I have 0 xp left to earn. I’ve tried playing more games, resetting the game and my Xbox and any other tricks, but the pack doesn’t show up. Any way I can get it?
Trade deadline issue
In Franchise mode I get to the trade deadline. I then select to go thru each team to see who has players listed. Starting from the top in alphabetical order, once I hit Boston Bruins the program errors and kicks me out of the screen and puts me back at the main menu. When I go back in any trades made have been reversed and the deadline has past. I hhve reported this twice using the online reporting tool from the game. Its still happeneing . Could you please look into this... Psidon.
Early Access Wildcard Set, missing rewards
Hi, I completed Early Access Wildcard set and didn`t get my rewards. Set shows completed, and I don't have my player cards which was required for completing the set. I asked help on EA help, they said I need to wait 24h. 24h have passed and still no rewards. I tried all suggestions what EA help provided, nothing worked. Can EA look at this problem? I know more players with this issue, its kind of annoying, that we payed for early access, but cant get the rewards we earned.
WildCard Rewards - Dissapeared
So I finished up the WC event points and Shifted Durzi & Lundell to my collection then headed on over to the exchange to put it all in my pack and my cards didn't go in. I figured oh, I must have forgot to move them. They are not in my mailbox, Not in my trade pile, I still have my 84 WC Player, but my two 80's I worked on getting are Gonzo. Anyone have any idea why this occured? I did read a blurb where if you didn't complete a set, and tried to add everything (and came up short). The players would come out of your collection and dissapear? That might have happened since my 84 Was in my active lineup and wouldn't be available to be pulled out. Trying to turn in the HUT Early access wildcard set which requires the two 80 overall wild cards plus an 84 to get the rewards. my two 80 cards are turned in but says 0/3 and they are a darker color. when I try to turn in my 84 it says error in turning in set Wondering what the issue is. I have completed the Wildcard exp tier to max. Please advise, TryLateral
