Game crashes in champs/rivals and duplicate rewards from crowned 94ovr set
My stats are broken in champs, it’s says I’ve have 9-9-2 record. How ever if I go to the recent games it’s 12-7-2. I also have lost games where the game has crashes, this has only occurred while leading. This happend twice in champs and once in rivals yeaterday. Regarsing crowned set, I’ve did all the challenges for week 2 and crafted a 94ovr player bindes player, this turned out as a duplicate, which I can’t use at all?? I bought NHL25 this week. I have around 50+ ranked club online games. On all 3 stat tracker websites (ea.com, chelstats, and chelhead, it only shows I have 0 or 1 games played, it looks like it is glitched and hasn't updated for days. I had 1200 games in NHL24 and never had any issues. I have cleared saved game data, restarted and all of that. tech support was unable to assist. Any thoughts? Hi, So I just traded in the 5 92 players in to get the crowned Gretzky! Now what’s wierd is once I made the trade and went to store to open up the reward which should have been Gretzky it gave me a 92 Moen which I already had and it does not show up that I got another! After a minute or 2 of wonder wtf just happened I got the 1 to show up that I I had a surprise waiting! It was my 95 Gretzky! Sweet right ! No I can put him on a line I can see his stats when he’s on the line! I can turn on his synergies ! Go to game play and he’s no where to be found and there double shifting one game was heatley next Arnot and finally MacKinnon ! I’ve reset the game I’ve reset the console ! I was wrongly suspended for no reason. I was having a nhl25 party with 30 people and spent over $1500 on food and drink. We couldn’t get into nhl25 because I was wrongly suspended and wasted a bunch of the food and drink I bought. I believe compensation of at least 3 million coins is well worth what I went through. I know this is a large company and I’m nothing to them but I’m a person who was wronged and deserves compensation! The writing beneath is from EA admitting their mistake. Please make it correct!
