Hey there. Can you post a video showing what's going on with shooting? I'm not getting other reports where shooting isn't possible so we should try to find out what's going on with your game.

look, basically when I have the puck and In front of the net and push up on the right analog stick to shoot, the player does not shoot the puck. I have tried letting off the left analog stick to coast and then shoot but the same thing happens.  don't mean to be so harsh in my comments but i feel like ea doesn't want to put out a good hockey game.  us gamers spend money on this every year. 

Of course we want to make a good hockey game. I understand we're not meeting your expectations. I have my own issues with the game as well. We're always listening to constructive feedback Messages that are more of a rant aren't that though. I know it feels good to vent, but we're not going to pass on that kind of input. The best way to get your views in front of our developers is to be constructive and detailed. 

So, about your shooting issue, check to see if the firmware for your controller is up to date. Also, make sure the shooting controls didn't change. I know there have been times I've been checking out the controls and accidentally switched off my normal layout. If that still doesn't help, see if another controller makes a difference. Okay I will look into the firmware, like I said not trying to be rude with my feedback just frustrated that’s all, been buying nhl games for years and was a little dissatisfied cause I felt like the past few games have been the same copy and paste for be a pro. Would love to see be  a bro get some good updates. 

The focus has been on other modes for the last couple of years. Hopefully, BaP gets some attention soon. I know you're not the only one that wants it to be updated.
