Player wont move with puck
Not sure if it was last patch, but for the last few days I have not been able to move when I get the puck. I can play defense, pass, shoot, but my players get often stuck as soon as I receive the puck. This is recent. I have tried updating contrôler, changed contrôler. Changed usb port for contrôler. I see this happened to others last year and/or prior years. I have no issue on other games. My contrôler is new Recent issue Thanks
Issues with lines and stratiegies
In franchise mode, during gameplay, my strategies change when I start actually playing. My coaches style is defensive, 1-4 trap, very conservative. I set my lines amd everything, then go to start a game. During gameplay my strategies completely change and force me to use my ahl coach strategy. Which is very aggressive. This started about a week about, old franchise even with a new one. Then last night I went to play and it was back to normal, I could use the right strategy during gameplay again, but when I turned it on this morning, same thing as before, it keeps automatically switching my nhl strategies to my ahl strategies at the screen before I start game. Getting really annoying as it really messes with my gameplay. I have no idea why or what is causing it. Anyone else experience this or know what I am talking about? New to forums...
Network connection error
For the last 2 weeks I’ve been unable to connect whenever I try to play nhl 25 on my Xbox series x it just gives the notification in game as soon as I load into the menu even tho my internet works fine even with other online games Ive read some other threads where people have had similar problems and I’ve tried to follow the advice they’d been given. I’ve restarted my Xbox, completely shut it off, unplugged it, cleared my MAC address, removed the game from quick resume, cleared the saved data, deleted and re installed the game and nothing has worked. Restarting the router isn’t an option unfortunately since I live in a college dorm and don’t have access to it. The wifi works fine for everything that’s not a ea sports game but it’s worth mentioning this problem started right when I moved in and started using the wifi here. I also seem to have the same problem with madden 25 but again not any other games besides madden 25 and nhl 25. Would really appreciate some input I’m completely lost on how why or what to do. I’d be grateful for any kind of advice thank you.
NHL 25 Ban
Can someone please help me? As of Monday I have been banned from EA sports online play. They’re stating it’s due to our world Of chel team name - Dangle Dawgs. We’ve used this team name for over 5 years and have never come across this issue. Now I’ve been banned from EA for a violation of their user agreement and they deemed our team info inappropriate. I’m hoping that someone at EA could look into this case for me and let me know what exactly what innapropriate, or if not if I could have my ban uplifted. I’ve sent in several emails inquiring about it but have not been told why, just that I’m banned and they’re closing my case. I’ve played NHL games since the early 2000’s and have been a loyal customer. I have no reason to play other than world of chel with 5 college buddies. hoping someone at EA can read this thread and provide some assistance.Can't download or save new roster
I can't download or save ea sports official roster downloads even after deleting all my previous saves roster downloads I keep getting error message failed to save your roster could not be saved because you have reached the maximum number of roster saves. You will need to delete a roster before you can create another one....mind you I mentioned I've already deleted all my rosters and I can't download new rosters or save them.
Franchise Mode Menu Lag
I’ve been trying to play my NHL 25 Franchise Mode but it’s unplayable. The menu lag was fixed in an earlier update but now it’s back and even worse, about a 3 second delay when switching between players. It’s getting to the point where I’ve started playing old franchise modes from previous NHLs because of how awful it has become. I hope they fix something about this soon otherwise I likely won’t buy any more games. I’ve had every single NHL game since 2015 with my earliest being NHL11, please fix this soon.
