Can’t Play any Online Matches

Got on today and played a few matches with my friends on World of Chel in our Club, then my game randomly crashed while loading the next match and since then, both me and my other friend can’t connect to any online modes. (both Playstation 5)

I try online versus: failed to retrieve data, code: 65836E8CC2F858E7-0000000000009999-20535A907DF21DCE

any mode in WoC Clubs: failed to retrieve data, code: 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892

I’ve attached a screenshot of both errors above.

is this common? has anyone else experienced this tonight? really disappointed to have spent the money on the game today for it not to work after 30 minutes.

    Thanks. Appreciate hearing that. 

    I know I'd be incredibly annoyed if I were experiencing this. We're working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

  • Another title update, another week neither I nor any of my friends have been able to play. Two of my friends have already submitted refund requests to Sony over this.

    I wish any update could be given, such as “we think we’ve figured out the root cause and are working on a fix” or anything really.   :/

    Do you happen to be in a club that has a mix of Xbox and PS players? If so, try either leaving the club or deleting it. There is a recent report that this is resolving this.

    Yeah you guys need to fix this… it’s been 16 days it’s getting ridiculous at this point. I know it’s notEA_Aljo fault but how is there still no resolution to this? 

    how do I get a refund?

    no, this does not solve the problem. I deleted both players and the club. The error changed, the problem remained

    Hi there. Can you send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID as well as your club name? We can either remove you from the club or delete the club. That should resolve this.
