Community ManagerHi there. This is pretty interesting. I haven't seen this happen yet so let's try to troubleshoot it. Is the game still active under Quick Resume? If so, remove it and power cycle your console by holding down the power button until it turns off. Then, turn it back on again and see if you're still stuck. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
