My nhl 25 game keep crashing while I am playing. How do I fix this?

Community ManagerFirst, just reboot your console and router and retry playing.
If you need to, boot in Safe Mode and then Rebuild Database.

If you still have the issue and/or are on Xbox, uninstalling/reinstalling the game may be required.
Your save game data should be fine.

Can users be compensated or refunded by EA for this?
There will clearly not be a fix for this.
