Community ManagerHi there. We still haven't had an influx of reports regarding disconnecting. When you say you're dropping out, do you mean you're getting the message that you lost connection to the EA servers?

No. That's not necessary. Make sure you stick to a wired connection. Then, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
No, this did not help either. Beleive me, did this at least 10 times, and after your reply, again. For any reason, e.g. quality assurance, do you wish me to record it?And NHL 24 works fine, while 25 does not. I think I am done with this game and continue playing 24. What an awful experience!
