I think i find out what the problem is.
If they are currently in your lineup they can't be used for the set, so you'll have to exchange those players from your lineup so they can be left sitting in your collection rather, than being reserved to play as part of your lineup.
figured it out. they were in team building sets not turned in. don't recall doing that sorry everyone. thank you
