Error code trying to play HUT single player

Failed to retrieve data error code: 74a7fc65fbd3505-0000000000009999-3b9e03e46fe1e687

I haven't seen this particular error code online, if anyone can help that would be great. 

I've tried power cycling my PS5, restarting the game, clearing cache, everything. It's started right before the PS servers went down yesterday.
