FPS stutter after the new patch

In my experience it's not fixed by re launching the game. Only shutting down the console completely and removing power works.

I understand this is incredibly frustrating. I just don't have any updates currently. 

Hey, everyone. Could provide some details on the TV/monitor you're using? Is VRR enabled? Whatever information you can provide may help us track this down. So far, we haven't been able to reproduce this on Series S or X. Also, please say which camera you're using in-game. Thank you!

Edit: It happens in HUT champs more often than in rivals. If you play 2 champs matches in row you should be able to reproduce the issue in the third match. I don't think it's issue with overheating like the one person said on the previous messaged as my fan don't ramp up at all which would happen if the console is starting to overheat.

This is best i can do. The stutter is worse than it seem when im playing but the recording gets smoothen out a bit by whatever video processing xbox uses. 

Is it possible to get a recording from a phone? I wouldn't normally ask for that, but if the recording is getting enhanced during playback, that's not going to show what the issue is.
