Community ManagerHi there. That message sounds like there's an issue with your privacy/multiplayer settings or possibly you were actioned for violating the Terms of Service either by us or Microsoft. If your settings are correct, you may want to contact an advisor by following the instructions here. You also could contact Microsoft support to see if a communications ban is on your account.
