Game Configuration Failure in EASHL 3s

Kept trying to get into a game with my friend in EASHL clubs and once we find an opponent, we lag out and it says “Game Configuration Fail”. Don’t know why this is happening.

    Hi there. This is an issue we're aware of and are hoping to issue a fix in the January update. I can't guarantee that's going to happen though. Here are a few things that some others have had success with:

    • Clear your system cache with these instructions.
    • Leave and rejoin the club
    • Have everyone leave and rejoin the club. It was reported this worked after multiple tries
    • Delete the club you were on when this issue started

    So if i just play Chel mode , and this is happening every 2 or 3 games i will be bether just to unistal the game.....how can your developers make this bugs if they were not happening plz make sure to hire new developers and now i have to wait untill new patch....dam for me its a fraud we buy a game that the only mode that im playing  is not working .... not buying any more nhl for EA 

  • Try getting rid of all your custom items like your stick, gloves everything! Even your haircuts

    He left this for me on another post with the same issues, it didn't work for us but perhaps we picked the wrong stick tape or celebrations or something we missed. Give It a try anyways and see

    "Also, it's possible this is related to a bugged vanity item. You all would need to be using the same item though. Skates, stick, gloves, hair, etc. I think this is pretty unlikely, but it's not impossible."

    Good luck lol….I have the same issue and haven’t been able to play EASHL for near two months. Nothing EA has done worked, 70$ down the drain. No form of reimbursement or terms to make it right

    We have plans to fix this with the January update. I know this is a very frustrating issue to deal with. In the meantime, if the possible resolutions here don't work, you should be able to play on a different account.

    To everyone reading. This will not work! It is corrupted data from the developers. It’s up to them to fix it, and by the looks of it, it’s been an ongoing thing for months now. Prayers to the buyers and players.

    I absolutely agree. This is completely jacked. I’ve been playing non stop since a month ago, and now I cannot play, so far, indefinitely smh

    This is disgusting! Now I wonder if this is why it went on sale, and now it still won’t work. Hmmm….

    Well guess what i did try on another account and i can't on both was good for couples days but now every other games it gives me that error ... just unreal how nhl's version are so **bleep** .. ( glitch in game.. stupid animation etc...)
