Poor graphics quality in Xbox cloud gaming on PC

Why is the graphical quality of NHL 25 Xbox Series X|S and NHL 24 Xbox Series X|S so much worse on PC compared to NHL 24 Xbox One? The NHL 24 Xbox One variant looks good, but NHL 25 is no longer in this variant. Is this some kind of bad setup? It doesn't make sense to me. Thanks
