What's the turn around time on something like this, to get response and action on this issue. Because to be honest, if the game isn't functioning for competitive online gaming, some sort of refund should be given for a game that is not working to it's full potential. To help further with a troubleticket I am on Xbox Series X & GT xlocosniperx. My friend that I mentioned having the problem with NHL 24 with the dashing issue, is on Xbox Series S. So both platforms are exp the issue. I really hope EA can correct this issue as I have been buying this game for years and this is the first time I have had a big disappointment.

Community ManagerYou'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.
As far as the turn around time goes, that's unknown as we still need to find out what is causing this to happen.
