Game crashes in champs/rivals and duplicate rewards from crowned 94ovr set

FYI: PlayStation gives you the option to report the issue to the game company and attach video recording for when this occurred. I did that each time the game crashed.

Also, try the following:

• Create a new lineup with the same players and set it to active
• Change your arena
• Change all your jerseys
• Remove the C or A from any players that have it
• Remove any celebrations

It's possible some customization is causing the crash. It's also possible this is happening due to overheating so make sure your console is in a well ventilated space and the vents are free of debris.

Will post a video if it occurred again, I have no saved clip for now. Video where sent with PlayStation way to report bugs/crashes.

Will try to change everything. How ever I do only use basic blue jackets, jersey and arena. I got no assigned C or A’s either

I'm just trying to rule out any issues with particular combinations of customizations. While the chance is slim that could be it, it's always possible. How often is the crash happening? Has it happened more than the 3 times you mentioned?

Just these 3 times, haven’t happend before or after, all the 3 incidents happend on the same day aswell

Glad to hear the crashing has stopped. For now at least. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest to prevent this in the future. Hopefully, we can get this reproduced and addressed.
