Game crashing!

This game is ridiculous! Keeps crashing no matter the mode! Can’t make it through a single period (online or off) if I’m even able to load in! I’ve tried everything suggested on every YouTube video including the ridiculous notion of uninstalling COD.

At this point i honestly would rather get my money back. Online play is one thing but if I can’t even play a game of play now with my son what is the point!
