Constant dashboarding and console crashing in NHL 25. Xbox Series X
Since launch I have dealt with consistent crashing while in game. Mostly during CHEL games but has happened in online versus as well as Be a pro. The screen goes black and I am sent to the xbox dashboard. Sometimes the console even shuts off. This is the only game that causes this issue. I can play other games for hours on end with no problem. This issue also seems to be happening more frequently as now I can hardly even finish a game without dashboarding. I have un-installed and re installed the game multiple times. I have factory reset my console. Nothing seems to work. I just want a fix for this as I love hockey and just want to play the game. EA PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GAME. im about to platinum the game i just need to retire but i have to wait until year 2045 so as i was simulating it the conversions wont load anymore and they just freeze making it so I cant go any further. Please tell me I dont have to rest the game i have over 400 hours just trying to get this platinum
Player wont move with puck
Not sure if it was last patch, but for the last few days I have not been able to move when I get the puck. I can play defense, pass, shoot, but my players get often stuck as soon as I receive the puck. This is recent. I have tried updating contrôler, changed contrôler. Changed usb port for contrôler. I see this happened to others last year and/or prior years. I have no issue on other games. My contrôler is new Recent issue ThanksPoor connection and no help
For 2 days I have had poor connection to ea servers, I've try all the normal thing to straighten this out to no luck. Reached out ea for help and they tell me go on the forum so they can look in to it. This is no help as well seeing my hut record went from 49-29-9 too 49-50-10 since this issue started cause me to drop in rank and lose games in the hut championship. The help line through ea is use less and not only will I miss out on rewards from the warp speed event but I'm sure to miss out on hut championship rewards as well.
Franchise Mode Menu Lag
I’ve been trying to play my NHL 25 Franchise Mode but it’s unplayable. The menu lag was fixed in an earlier update but now it’s back and even worse, about a 3 second delay when switching between players. It’s getting to the point where I’ve started playing old franchise modes from previous NHLs because of how awful it has become. I hope they fix something about this soon otherwise I likely won’t buy any more games. I’ve had every single NHL game since 2015 with my earliest being NHL11, please fix this soon.
Boot from a chel game once in a while
Im having this problem where I am getting freezed and boot from a game but not all of them. Like 1 out of 3 im getting freezed for 5 sec and then send in the game menu saying I lost connection to EA servers. Im always hard wired and it just started to do it a couple weeks ago. Never happened in nhl24. I even tried on my wifi and it was better for awhile but now its happening regularly. Trying to figure if its my network or this stupid game the problem.
Game Freezing entire console
So I’ve tried to get help from EA But it’s pointless so maybe other people could help Basically I am playing franchise mode and every time im in a game during a cutscene,replay, the faceoff action shot or after a goal is scored my game and my Xbox freezes if I hold my home button down like I’m going to turn my Xbox off I can hear it open but I can’t do anything. Yes my Xbox is in a well ventilated area I have reinstalled the game twice I have cleared all saved data and caches multiple times it helps for a game or two then freezes again I just wish when we spend 90-130$ on a game it actually works and when it doesn’t the company who makes it helps us out I’m so close to giving up on EA and this game if I can’t get it fixed I will completely give up on EA just frustrated.
