Game crashes in champs/rivals and duplicate rewards from crowned 94ovr set
My stats are broken in champs, it’s says I’ve have 9-9-2 record. How ever if I go to the recent games it’s 12-7-2. I also have lost games where the game has crashes, this has only occurred while leading. This happend twice in champs and once in rivals yeaterday. Regarsing crowned set, I’ve did all the challenges for week 2 and crafted a 94ovr player bindes player, this turned out as a duplicate, which I can’t use at all?? Hello. I have an issue already reported here, but no solution. After starting the game I get the error msg "can't connect to server to verify license". It work fine, but I tried to pkay after a while a it is like that. I have valid ps+ and ea play subscription on the same account. Thanks fot help. It was like that 3 times and on 4 times it wrote loss of connection and didn't count my XP or victory points at all. For the millionth time this year, the game has unexpectedly kicked me from games. I've cleared the system cache, and I've deleted and re-downloaded the game. But I am still getting kicked, and I've been docked two games for my season placements. I don't know what y'all need to do on your end, but I'd like to be able to do my placements properly and not be docked with 2 (this season) losses/abandons This is at least the third time I've posted here, and no one can give me an answer. Since launch I have dealt with consistent crashing while in game. Mostly during CHEL games but has happened in online versus as well as Be a pro. The screen goes black and I am sent to the xbox dashboard. Sometimes the console even shuts off. This is the only game that causes this issue. I can play other games for hours on end with no problem. This issue also seems to be happening more frequently as now I can hardly even finish a game without dashboarding. I have un-installed and re installed the game multiple times. I have factory reset my console. Nothing seems to work. I just want a fix for this as I love hockey and just want to play the game. EA PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GAME. I have submitted hundreds of error reports, I am unable to complete games online or offline in HUT. Game freezes and I have to close and submit a report that I assume at this point goes absolutely nowhere. Myself and both my kids are to the point now where it’s unable to be played. The help chat on EA sports was completely useless and told me there was nothing wrong with my account or the download of nhl25…. I can’t seem to quite understand why you guys can’t seem to find a fix for the constant crashing/dashboarding on Xbox, I’ve tried everything from hard resets, clearing cache, persistent data wipes, external fans to try and cool the system down even though no other game has this issue for me, my system is clear as can be inside from dust and debris, it makes no sense to me how a triple A company can’t figure out their games technical issues. I even went as far as to buy a physical copy of the game to see if it was something to do with the software on the digital version but nope, first game on I crashed. Is it possible to consider setting up our own servers for the game? I’m in New Zealand, and I often experience ping issues that can spike up to 200ms. The game is gradually gaining popularity here and Australia, and I really enjoy playing it. I’d hate to see its growth hindered by these connectivity problems.
