My NHL 25 Crashes daily
My nhl crashes without fail on a daily basis. I have taken my xbox apart, cleaned it entirely and have tried every single fix possible that I could find online and still nothing. EA released an update saying they fixed the issue but this has been happening on and off since NHL22 for me. Extremely frustrating as all I play is EASHL and HUT and both of my records in this modes are destroyed because of this happening constantly. I have an xbox series x.
World of chel crashes
Since last night anytime me or one of my buddies try to enter a world of chel lobby we get an error code and kicked back to the dashboard immediately. Does anyone know how to fix this or how to get EA involved? It’s ridiculous how hundreds of people cannot play for unknown reasons.NHL 24 and 25 crashing
Between last years game and NHL 25 I have crashed in more games then actually played when it comes to WOC game mode. I have done all possible methods to help the game run better. I have read that it could be an overheat issue, but that makes no sense because I can play other games all day long and not crash a single time. Even other EA games like battefield 2042 I have no issues. Just the NHL copies. EA if you see this, I demand a refund for the terrible product you Continue to put out every single year, just like today you put out an update that was suppose to “fix” these crashes from happening, and honestly I’ve crashed more times today then any other day. So once again I demand a refund for a game I can’t play consistently like I use too. I been playing your online since NHL 09 but you make it very easy not want to play this game anymore because you can’t fix a simple issue with your servers or networks. I want a refund for NHL 25 of that hasn’t been stated clear to you.
FAILED TO RETRIEVE DATA
Every time I load a game I am met with this error code. I haven’t been able to play any game mode for over a week. I’ve had multiple discussions with EA, which result in my tickets being closed with “No Fix”. When can I expect an update on this? absolutely crazy that people spend money on things they can’t use
Unexpected Error...
Apart from the fact that errors in EA NHL games are NOT unexpected, and should therefore be given another name at the very least- does anyone have any info on how to best go about avoiding this error? We had an 84 game win streak unceremoniously terminated on account of this. And we never even reached the opening faceoff. Is it asking too much for you to figure out a way not to screw a team over by gifting them a loss- for a game they never even played? It's pathetic. Edit: Removed swearing.
