Constant dashboarding and console crashing in NHL 25. Xbox Series X
Since launch I have dealt with consistent crashing while in game. Mostly during CHEL games but has happened in online versus as well as Be a pro. The screen goes black and I am sent to the xbox dashboard. Sometimes the console even shuts off. This is the only game that causes this issue. I can play other games for hours on end with no problem. This issue also seems to be happening more frequently as now I can hardly even finish a game without dashboarding. I have un-installed and re installed the game multiple times. I have factory reset my console. Nothing seems to work. I just want a fix for this as I love hockey and just want to play the game. EA PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GAME. I just started playing world of chel a couple days ago and for some reason while waiting for a new online game to start last night I clicked on Battle pass to see what it was about and the screen froze I'll send an attachment and I can't go back or forward I can't play the game at all I've unplugged the Xbox rebooted our internet no luck at all looks like to me like the games done and I haven't even had it a yearBe a Pro-blems
Hello, I’ve recently encountered the problem of after a game I have a conversation with the coach and it keeps freezing not allowing any dialogue to load and I can’t skip it. I can’t advance days or anything. I’m just stuck there. I’ve put a lot of effort into this character and don’t want to lose it. Any tips or tricks would be nice. Thanks! This is on PS5 for reference. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but After all of the troubleshooting steps and trying wired/wireless connections no matter what I do my world of chel is so laggy to the point that its unplayable. In game it'll play fine for a few seconds, pause then almost fast forward as if someone is controlling it with a TV remote. It's horrible. Any other EA game works fine online same with games that aren't EA. Hope this gets fixed soon.XP player upgrade error
Everytime I try to upgrade a player from current season game boots me back to main menu. My stats are broken in champs, it’s says I’ve have 9-9-2 record. How ever if I go to the recent games it’s 12-7-2. I also have lost games where the game has crashes, this has only occurred while leading. This happend twice in champs and once in rivals yeaterday. Regarsing crowned set, I’ve did all the challenges for week 2 and crafted a 94ovr player bindes player, this turned out as a duplicate, which I can’t use at all?? Feels not correct due to the time put in to this. all in all, I’m missing out of a lot rewards and waste time during this weekend.Unable to start NHL25
Hello. I have an issue already reported here, but no solution. After starting the game I get the error msg "can't connect to server to verify license". It work fine, but I tried to pkay after a while a it is like that. I have valid ps+ and ea play subscription on the same account. Thanks fot help. Screenshot attached.Hacker in HUT ?

It was like that 3 times and on 4 times it wrote loss of connection and didn't count my XP or victory points at all. Is this a hack or just some lag in the game?
