Lost connection to servers after clock hit zero in Champs

Won the game 6-5 and as soon as the clock hit zero, the nhl logo spun in the top right corner and I got a message that I lost connection to servers which resulted in a loss.

After completing a certain amount of sets for Beast mode token, the items from the pack I have bought + the BM tokens that I have picked up from my inbox disapeared...
