The Hughes choice pack was only available if you pre-ordered by September 13th. If you pre-ordered before that date, please contact an advisor by opening a case here so they can look into this.

        Xbox store and all of your websites still mentioned the pack after the 13th of September so why advertise something still if you no longer get it. I will be contacting the BBB
