Missing out on early access benefits due to error codes and broken game

Missed out on all the early access benefits because I kept getting error codes for the past 6 days coming on 7 everytime I try to play a mode for example hut rivals and squad battles and even wildcar...

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 25 and delete the saved data.

Also, make sure you power cycle your PS5. Don't just restart it. It needs a full power cycle.

    Are you using shareplay or was the Deluxe Edition purchased on the account you're trying to play on?

      Nope no share play bought it off the PlayStation store I have a brother that shares it off of me but I don’t think that would be a problem
