Missing vintage hologram choice pack

Made the set completed and no pack shows up. Contacted support told wait 24 hours but as a nhl player for years I know packs from sets show up instantly. Cleared my game power cycled my xbox and just reinstalled the game. Still no pack. 

There is a post on another nhl forum created 14 days ago showing the same issue, with a different pack. In that thread there's also a player who did the xfactor choice pack and still hasn't received it. 

This is a major issue as some of the card we use to make these sets are purchased with real dollars via nhl points. 

I was told to post here via support so maybe I'll get some help.
