Never got my pre-order content
EA support chat kept telling me "wait a few hours" for my missing content to pop up. It's been 24 hours, i have not received anything and I cannot even request a support chat.

Hello,
Please have support check your account for the Deluxe Edition entitlement. If that is missing, you won't receive the content. Also, if you happen to be gamesharing, only the account the purchased the game will get the pre-order content.
