Nhl 25 asking for xbox game pass

I can't play online in world of chel. The game is asking me for Xbox game pass when trying to join and search for a game. I have Xbox game pass ultimate

I updated my Xbox game pass core to Ultimate two days ago. I only have one Microsoft account
