Nhl 25 asking for xbox game pass

I can't play online in world of chel. The game is asking me for Xbox game pass when trying to join and search for a game. I have Xbox game pass ultimate

HUT - Beast mode tokens disappeared
After completing a certain amount of sets for Beast mode token, the items from the pack I have bought + the BM tokens that I have picked up from my inbox disapeared...
