Hello, I have exactly the same problem. I have an active EA Play membership on PS5. Over the weekend I was able to play NHL 25, but today it says the game is not available and that I need to purchase it.

At first, I realized the issue was that I had forgotten to renew my membership, so I thought that was the problem. However, even after renewing it, the game still does not work. NHL 26 is available though.

I am also having this issue. I've been playing this game near daily for months and all of a sudden it's not available? I can't even purchase and download it.

Suddenly makes the EA Game pass completely not worth it if they can just pull games out of it?

I am having this issue as well i renewed lisences but it didn't help, i also tried to add NHL 25 to my library, as it was advised in some solutions, but there is no such button on PS5 NHL25.

Is there any solution that works?

Has this been fixed for anyone yet? I did send the private message to Aljo already but I'm just wondering if we should cancel our weekly nhl25 sessions with my friend for tomorrow or is there hope...

I was informed by EA_Aljo that this is a known bug. The best thing to do is to send them a private message with your PSN ID and the problem, and they will look into the issue for you.
