Whether I am playing be a pro, woc or any other mode after about a minute my game takes me back to the dashboard with no error code. Game also did this in nhl 24 but this game crashes more than double. I’ve reset my Xbox, cleared reserve space and everything and it still crashes, the only game I have that does this. Please help.
Every time i make a hattrick on be a pro mode it crashes for me.
Try turning off the play-by-play calls. Settings-> Audio & Visual Settings -> Broadcast settings.
from there you can change the Commentary from play by play to Goal only or off completely.
I was crashing left and right from the hat-trick issue and after making that change the issue went away… until today after the latest patch I saw it happen on my second game although it only happened once. I got back on and played 4 more uninterrupted games without it crashing.
I'm following because I'm having the same issue. Since the most recent update, I haven't been able to make it all the way through a single Be A Pro game without crashing. Even after trying the recommended steps, I've been stuck on the same game for a couple days now.

It's extremely easy to reproduce... I cannot get through a SINGLE game in be a pro mode. It has crashed every single time.

Multiple people (including me) have noticed it seems to happen after hat tricks in be a pro mode.

So I just downloaded the newest rosters then created a new Be A Pro, and I have successfully made it through a full game for the first time since the patch.
Also can't play be a pro I am rarely able to complete a single game. Constantly crashing. I have crashed 20+ times in 3 hours of play

idhrph7lmpjs When are you crashing? Is there a specific event occurring? Do you get an error message? Are you crashing to your console's dashboard?
Same with franchise mode, 6 crashes in 1h 😒
Community ManagerThis sounds like kind of a long shot, but someone else mentioned that updating their controller resolved this. Also, they uninstalled CoD. However, I'm skeptical that actually made a difference. Check your controller to see if there's a firmware update available. If there is, install the update and try playing again.
I’m experiencing the hat trick crash post update. Preupdate what I did that seemed to work was turn off play-by-play calls from the announcers. After turning this feature off I was able to play through maybe 15 games in be a pro mode without the crashing all with plenty of hat tricks.
EA_Aljo of course I’m pretty curious to see what exactly causes the game to choke out like this. There are very limited options for cutting down on stadium effects. I thought maybe limiting the quantity or the option to turn off the hats being thrown out in the event of hat trick could alleviate the issue.
I have run into a separate issue in be a pro that I never saw in 24, during coach dialogue events - I’ve got stuck in the cutscene a handful of times where the only way out I’ve found is to from the start menu quit and sim the rest of the game has anyone else brought this issue up?

My NHL 25 crashed
At first it was when I played offline.
After I start to create a roster after creating 5-6 teams I was not able to create a new player it was sending me to the Xbox Dashboard this is where I try to clear cache and do many thing without success. I decided to deleted the last team I create and I was able to create players again. With this bad experience I only created one more team and decide to take a break of this and wanted to try Franchise mode I was at the second game of the season and bang in the middle of the game I’m out on the Xbox Dashboard try to play again that game and still throw me out. BTW I just update my NHL 25
i play NHL since the beginning and now I play offline following the real schedule and play every game and keep record of them. Played season 1970-71 and playing season 1971/72 and I’m at 74% of the season done playing on NHL 24 but thinking to switch for NHL25 for season 72/73
what can I do I want to be able to have a stable NHL to play with

Anyway i can get a refund on this my game just crashes every time in Be a Pro this is unstable not sure how things are messed up so bad its crashing paid 150$ for broken Game would be nice to get through a game and not have to play the same game over and over again. frustrating to say the least an issue that EA has been aware of for some time now and cant produce a patch to fix this.

Well I had better luck this past weekend. I game share with my brother. So I had him come over and log into his account and we didn’t crash 3 games in a row. (Drop in 6’s) I then logged back into my account and was able to string 4 games of 6’s in before the Xbox just shut off completely when it crashed. I feel confident to actually play a club game now. So my problem is sort of fixed. Minus the one crash that turned my Xbox off all the way. Normally it crashes and just sends me to the dashboard
Community ManagerGlad to hear the crashing got better. Normally, when your console shuts off, that means it's overheating. Make sure the vents are free of debris and your console is in a well ventilated location. If it's laying on its side, you may want to stand it up.
