NHL 25 Game Disc won’t load

I bought the new nhl 25 physical copy and every time k try and load the disc it only shows as an error even though I have the correct version of disc with the correct Xbox version. I attempted to buy...

This would most likely be a problem with the disk then. Can you exchange it for another?

I don’t see how it would be the disc that is the problem, seeing as I have multiple discs that work for my Xbox x that also have a copy for Xbox s and they work perfectly fine
