NHL 25 starter pack

Purchased NHL 25 starter  pack on psn store and received my 500 coins but not the hut prime pack. Please help

    I am having the same issue. I had a chat with EA Support today and they confirmed they are aware of the issue and looking into a solution. No ETA though.
