Traded in 18-20 81’s and now my 83’s I received are missing…

Same as subject. Happened about an hour ago. Traded in a bunch of 81’s in the TOTY exchange and received 83’s and I sent them to collection. But they’re missing. And the 81’s are gone too obviously. ...
