World of chel Battlepass missing XP

So pretty much I played some games earlier tonight and the battlepass xp was working. Then it stopped working and I didn't get xp for about 5 matches and was stuck at level 24 of the battlepass. Support told me it was a sync issue so I restarted everything and I could start getting xp, but it didn't resync all the lost xp. Support told me to post here if I want a chance at being recompensated. Idk If I'll buy the BP again at this point.
