Didn’t Receive my week 2 BND Fantasy Pack

I turned in my 16 collectables for my week 2 BND fantasy pack on friday, went to my unopened packs, nothing was there. okay maybe a glitch so i closed the app and opened it again, still nothing. checked my inbox and collection, nothing. reached out to ea help twice. nothing. collectables were taken out of my account and it says the sets completed but the pack is nowhere to be found. the video i captured didnt get it in it but I have ss proof i completed the set and my collectables are gone. sanheim was from my week 1 pack.

Thank you in advance hopefully we can get this resolved

    Yeah I just completed a tier in the xp path and didn't get my pack.  Game is terrible.
