If you mean in you're neighbors towns the same thing happens to me sometimes. I think there's a limit on how many probes you can get in a day.

No, I mean when I log in and it says "Your GremAliens have received 6 Probes from Friends' Towns" (whatever that message says), it doesn't add 6 probes to my total.
