I'm still waiting for an answer regarding the Prime pack.

Hello. We are still investigating this issue.

Support is terrible, per usual when dealing with EA. You actually cant send a message to anyone on EA help which defeats the whole purpose. You can talk to a bot though that does nothing. Funny thing is they got our money, they have no issues on that end. 

I got mine prime pack today.. BUT ITS UNTRADEABLE?!?! EA_Aljo u need to fix this.

As far as I know, it shouldn't have been a first-class package… it should have been a prime pack.
