How did you delete the whole team? Anyway. Try going to EAs website. Open NHL25. Open the section that says. You lost something that belongs to you (paraphrasing here). It should allow you to open a chat. Explain your dilemma. Not sure if it will resolve your issue, but its worth a try.

Type in EA on your phone or computer. It will show a spot to sign in in English. Below it it has  www. Location. Open it. Then choose customer support. It will show a bunch of game titles. Choose NHL25. Open the section that says I am looking for something I bought. Open it. It will give you the option of opening a chat line. Do so, and explain your dilemma.

Hello. Unfortunately, we can't help with this over the EA Forums. You can try opening a case with an advisor by following the instructions here. You shouldn't choose the option for "I need help restoring my progress in the game".

That route is a dead end. The reply is always a robotic negative. Dont even think anyone of human status reads them.

No. It's not a dead end. Humans are responding to cases.

Speaking from personal experience. I have not yet in the two times I utilized this service, been able to have human contact. Its always been a pre adapted script to complete. And in the end. No resolution. Perhaps you have had better luck than I. But like I stated. Robot farm!
