it did not say anything about that, it said just pre-order the game and these were suppose to be the rewards!

Community ManagerAs that pack mentions, that is the NHL 24 pre-order incentive. You received a choice pack with a 99 OVR Hughes brother in NHL 24 when pre-ordering NHL 25.
i thought the 99 was for the deluxe pre-order? the way i read it was you get a 84 Hughes choice pack for the regular pre-order? they need to be way more specific in the Microsoft stores then because it says you should get that pack with pre-order i read nothing about Sept.13 ????

It was clearly labeled that the 84 Hughes pack was only available when purchasing before September 13th. We will not be granting this pack to those that did not pre-order in time.
but where does it say you had to pre-order before Sept. 13? was this only with the deluxe edition?? i just did the regular pre-order? this is what it said was one of the rewards? did not think it was a 99 card but just and 85
