I pre order the game but never got my Hughes brother choice pack, i complained to Ea help services but they keep telling me this will be fixed soon it has been almost a week now and still nothing i could really use this card to help my team!

it did not say anything about that, it said just pre-order the game and these were suppose to be the rewards!
Community ManagerAs that pack mentions, that is the NHL 24 pre-order incentive. You received a choice pack with a 99 OVR Hughes brother in NHL 24 when pre-ordering NHL 25.
It didn’t say that on the PlayStation store it was one of the only reasons I got the deluxe version
that’s absurd. No where said it had to be done by the 13th. Easy false advertising, just request a refund on your card
