You guys have successfully tuned the AI back to the same incompetent pilons as before and online is just back to straight lining down the wing and skating in circles. You guys to need to patch in the slow speed into the offensive zone ragging. Any time someone is skating in multiple circles over and over slow them down like you do in the D zone or neutral zone. It's not even hockey anymore.
The game is in such a terrible state right now. Hitting is nerfed into the ground it's so boring to play. Skate into their zone and spin around non stop because I can't be hit and force a One Tee. Fun times. Tripping penalties is so frequent because spamming pokes is the only defense option, that and block shots.
Hitting isn't nerfed. It just doesn't have the auto lock on speed boost **bleep** like last year. In absolutely no way was that better last year with hitting unless you're one of those total people that just hold B/O and chase people around the zone trying to hit them. It's all defendable regardless. I was more asking them why they tuned it essentially back to 24. Idk if you played the early access but it actually felt like a new AI with ICE Q actually existing and now it just feels like 24s incompetent AI all over again
It's nerfed. I don't want NHL 24 hitting that was a joke with the speed boost. There is a reason why I can spin around in ur zone for 15min and you never touch the puck. I can guarantee when I gave the boards in ur zone u can't hit me or get the puck.
Tell me you play absolutely corny AF without telling me you play absolutely corny AF. You could play hockey and cycle and not just be a ballerina spinning in circles cause you're scared to lose. Imagine admitting in the forums that you're a sweaty ballerina.
But hold on, you said hitting isn't nerfed correct? You said everything is "defendable" . If hitting actually worked I couldn't spin around in ur zone for 15min till you give me a cross crease. If hitting worked I couldn't play like a ballerina till you rage quit from baiting tripping penalties off you.
Play Div Div 1 and champs and you will see that's what everyone does. Of course it's ratty but that's on EA for completely killing defense.
