I am completely unable to edit my lines on wildcard it says my team is unqualified and over cap, when it's not. I'm not sure why things like this are happening, also rewards for stuff is still comple...

If you have upgraded players in your lineup it will show a $1M cap hit. But that is for the base overall. It increases $1M per overall but doesn't get reflected until after you create the lineup. So you'll have overpowered players but can't edit the lines.
