Another problem with this game

Whilst there are many issue with this game this is just another one,  in franchise and season modes if you look at the players that take the most penalties either your cpu teammates or opposition cpu including the other game results you might expect that the players taking the most penalties this would correspond to the discipline attribute of the player but no it doesn't. It has absolutely to connection to that attribute.  Also the attribute variance across all different types of players is minimal,  so I ask why and what do attributes particularly this one actually do.
