Anyway I can get a refund

I was thinking the same thing, 74 dollars for a game that plays like crap now. i was having a blast pre patch, now it’s garbage.

If you want a refund it's not EA who's responsible for it. It's the store from where you bought it and you should take it with them.

Yep I need a refund,  it's unplayable. 

That's fair it's kinda sad so many have the same feelings I do tho

99.9% sure it's way too late to get a refund but hey you never know - You'll need to contact Sony/Microsoft support directly to see if they can make it happen.

I highly recommend anyone on the fense about NHL to just wait for a week and/or Christmas as there is usually a hefty discount to cushion the blow

Not really ever too late there so many things they promised to do and didnt
