EA_Aljo question.. why is is that you's only seem to really reply to the tickets that complain about HUT or online play but when it comes to the die hard offline players, that love be a pro, that love franchise mode, they seem to get left in the dark?!

Not one of the replies states anything about changes being made to the modes you guys don't make money from.

Stats being capped and making X-Factors completely useless. (Acceleration, capping wheels and elite edges). It's a completely offline game mode, why can't I make my pro like Connor McDavid!?

I don't think the energy system needs completely over hauling, however just make it slightly easier to make it through a week without falling off quite as much and being able to keep the unlocked X-Factors.

Another player, who has given up on the game.. but because I don't spend money on HUT, EA just don't care.

Shame.. this game could have been so good.

Hello. I know I don't comment often on offline modes, but your feedback is seen and relayed to the team. I have also reported the bugs mentioned here.

Obviously, Franchise Mode didn't get changes this year as the focus was on BaP for offline modes. There have been numerous updates with patches for this mode so I can't agree that it's being ignored. The updates you see in HUT do not require a patch. Which is why they can happen so often. If changes to XFs or the energy system happen for BaP, it's something that would have to be in a future game most likely.

Offline modes most definitely matter. There's a very devoted playerbase for them. The team puts a very large amount of work in to creating, updating and maintaining these modes. It's definitely not all just about HUT and WoC. However, they are part of a live service so they are going to get regular updates for new content.
