Bring Back Goal Horns During Player Introductions & Replays (NHL 26)
TL;DR: Add an option to play the home team’s goal horn during player introductions and briefly during goal replays to better match real NHL arena atmosphere.
One thing I really miss from older NHL games is hearing the home team’s goal horn during player introductions and occasionally during goal instant replays.
In real NHL arenas, the goal horn is part of the full game-day presentation and really helps build hype, especially at home. Bringing this back (as an optional setting) would make NHL 26 feel more authentic and immersive.
It wouldn’t need to be overused — just subtle moments like:
- Home player introductions
- Short goal replay stingers
Making it optional would keep it balanced for players who prefer a quieter presentation.
