EA_Aljo I get the thought behind it. Clearly the goal is to have people utilize the pressure system as much as possible. But do we really need it? Pressure creates itself. If my team is getting worked in my D zone and the other team is shooting and moving the puck around well I'm feeling the pressure of that myself.
Nerfed dumps is a limitation to defense.
Stick lifts have been an issue for years.
Poke checks more so in recent years.
Intercepting passes has historically been an issue. Even when in great position.
Often times Hitting no longer makes any meaningful contact where it should. Glances right off players with no loss to momentum.
CPU D players with an overall that match the defensemen in my men's league.
Goalies diving around all over the place
Goalies getting beat by the same moves or shots over and over in the same game (wouldn't a goalie know forehand backhand is coming after the 3rd time?)
The awareness is awesome. Like I'm glad we're all aware. But without changes (positive not negative) it continues to drop off more and more each year.
