Co-op Franchise Mode Please

Just want the option to add my friends in the pregame lobby where you are selecting players in franchise mode please :) Would be a great feature for us who just want to play simple franchise mode with our buddies and not deal with the online nonsense! They don't need to have access to any changes, etc in the mode (franchise) just give me the option to add them to play with me is all!! thank you! <3
