Create a new team

Why is it when in franchise mode if you use a new created team and you use either custom or the default rosters when you start you new team season the player you guys added in a recent updates such as jonathan toews and david reinbacher arent there in the game? If you use the custom roster i get that but if you even use the default roster those players should be in there and the same junior team default olayers ahould be in there but JP hurlbert is not always in the draft for the blazers even tho he should be especially when using the default roster to start a new franchise with a created teams this only happens when you use a created team i think kts a glitch that should be fixed
