Deleted team

Can anybody help me with restoring my team? I started playing hut nhl 26 in the middle of season 4. Built my team all the way up. Finished the xp season to get jt miller. Just now, at the start of season 5 I traded in a bunch of cards to get the 97 ovr Claude giroux captains card. When I went back to edit my lineup, I kept getting an error message saying that a card I was trying to put into my lineup was already actively in my lineup, but it wasn’t. So to trouble shoot the problem, I tried making a new lineup but accidentally deleted my entire team. I had put a lot of hours into building my team and it just vanished. Does anyone know if I can get my old team back?
