Don’t waste your time

For anyone that is having continuous issues with the game freezing and returning to the Xbox Home Screen. Do not waste your time or money. There is nothing that can fix it and there is nothing EA will do to help. It’s an issue I have been dealing with since the 24 version of the game and it will not be fixed any time soon. I have frozen and been booted from the last NINE OF TEN HUT ONLINE GAMES. The fact that this is still an issue is beyond frustrating, EA is beyond lucky they are the only option for NHL fans.

    Since i have never experienced what you are experiencing. And i havent come across similar problems on here, such as yours. I would definitely say by the sounds of it. Its a hardware issue, rather than software. If your using an html connection. Try changing the cable. Check your download and upload speed from your provider. Network. Test connection. Try using an ethernet connection to see if the game stabilizes. Worse case. Do a system reboot. There may be a problem with packet transfer. Dump the system cache. As well as the games cache. Last thing. Uninstall the game, and reinstall. Any problems would and should be resolved.
