Hi there. I know these players are awful to play with. Unfortunately, it's not something we can action them for. Hopefully, we'll have a better way to handle them in the future.
The fact that you will not punish people for blatant trolling in this game speaks absolute volumes about the state of the game and who runs it and where it is going, (not talking about you either Aljo that's not really your job) but that is the # 1 reason for banning an account honestly and you wont even do it, its beyond sad and promotes exactly the type of garbage we see in the game today and the reason it'll never become a better product, we deserve better!

We can't possibly police every drop in game. Not to mention, looking at every video that would get submitted. Which would take a crazy amount of time. And many of those would be from people that just didn't like how someone played. These are drop-in games where you often get new players that don't know the game yet. I understand it's frustrating. I would love better automated features to remove griefers. I truly hope that happens someday.

The game has to be better at determining if people are going offside on purpose , pulling goalies on purpose, etc. It needs something implemented because it has saturated the game and promotes that style of gameplay if there is no punishment for it. I understand not able to watch every video but if people have someone on video doing this and you refuse to do something about it because it takes too much time to do, speaks volumes about how the devs don't care about competitive fair gameplay. Its not easy to do but its not impossible to implement if they actually tried.
