What can we do about this? His gamertag is [REMOVED], and I couldn't get it but he was just calling for pass all game, diving in the neutral zone, just trying to make our lives miserable. This isn't the first time it's happened.

The fact that you will not punish people for blatant trolling in this game speaks absolute volumes about the state of the game and who runs it and where it is going, (not talking about you either Aljo that's not really your job) but that is the # 1 reason for banning an account honestly and you wont even do it, its beyond sad and promotes exactly the type of garbage we see in the game today and the reason it'll never become a better product, we deserve better!

Don't play with this guy! Now that you know him. Block him and enjoy the Game without players like him! Simple AS that. Tag will be removed... ;-) screeshot taken...
Unfortunately there's not much you can do. It's the risk you take when you decide to include random drop-ins in club matches. Personally, I think EA should include a kick option for club games, but it doesn't exist yet.
