The meaning behind the Title is EA Can make a pretty solid game if they want to and actually listen to the People who buy the games. As A battlefield Fanboy I have been pleasantly surprised how well EA did with Battlefield 6. After Years Of Pain Hoping for the Next Great Battlefield Title EA/Dice finally made something Most fans enjoy. Sure there have been minor glitches and stuff but thats bound to happen when you have almost a Million people on the game at one Time. Yes I looked yesterday And there were 750k people playing . To the Developers of NHL take note. EA literally made a commercial with Morgan wallen and a bunch of other High profile people getting nuked theyre making fun of Call of Duty and all their horrendous skins and animated characters. Yet other Titles NHL included keep adding stuff to the game that No one asked for And No one wants. Battlefield was also able to get back to their Roots with pressure from the community after 2042 flopped off the hop. 2042 would finally become somewhat playable after years of patch work but now that bf6 is out its irrelevant. Its Honestly kinda crazy Battlefield 4 was probably the last really good Title in the franchise That released in 2013 i believe which is the same year NHL 14 came out One of the communities favorite games. From then Battlefield would make bf1 and bf5 both decent games but no where as good as previous titles. This is basically the same thing that happened to NHL. Since NHL 14 I think maybe 3 out of the 12 games since have been decent. All of those games were in the last 5 year. That being said NHL 14 was the last good NHL game.. Sure it had its flaws but for the Most part gave the fans what they wanted. Now In NHL we get the gameplay which is decent but then A bunch of stuff no one wants in the game.
EASHL used to be the mode where you go to customize your Player the way you wanted. Now there are more Prebuilds than Builds were able to Customize. Club Customization is a Joke They added no New Content to Logos for Customization No New Jersey styles or any of that. But Hey We cot Beats head phones in the game now that was much needed. X
EA says Hockeys for everybody great they added PWHL to the game fine whatever but then EA took ot a step further and Made sure the Beaver and Alien had a place in the game.
Ive Been asking them To remove Xfactors for the last couple years and Add Boost packs like they had on NHL 14 As Attributes should be the only thing that effects your player build. Ive also asked for The ability to change stick flex Blade curve and Skate Radius back to the game. Ive also asked for A free skate where you could test to see if the attributes were actually working properly by adding a skills comp. Test shot power Test shot accuracy and A skating course to test speed agility and acceleration. NHL 14 had this it was great.
People Have Been asking For GM connected for years Still Nothing.
There is so much Good that previous years had that The new games dont. It feels like All New NHL titles have to offer is Cosmetic garbage. NHL 14 had stuff that Actually added to the game all we get now is stuff that add to how you look on the game. Its Hilarious all the stuff we've lost over the years. Some of which they bring back and claim as new.
NHL Take Notes from Battlefield theyve actually tried to make a game that brought the Battlefield community back after years of mediocrity. You guys should listen and do the same. NHL is stale and it has been for a while. Nostalgia wins people over.
