I got the very same issue here. Franchise mode, second season, AHL-team and third penalty kill line. Center stands on RW:s place at faceoff. There was this same bug with NHL25 or NHL24 but I guess they fixed it. Now the bug is back. I changed my center but that won't help.

Another bug is when there's an injury, sometimes the coach is yelling at the referee when an opponents players is down. This is both NHL and AHL.

This bug has been for years now: It's always the first game in presentation at the team for some players in AHL, no matter how many games they've played....or for the new coach in commentary....

Just noticed that my 1st line penalty kill center is outside the circle in franchise NHL games too...
